Thank you to the media for standing by Angikaaram. The film is still running in theatres because of your support and the positive response you’ve given it. Many have called it a hit, but to be honest, the collections are still average, and we need that extra 10–15% push from the audience. I personally request theatre owners to continue screening the film and support its theatrical run. One distributor, unaware that I was present, told the producers that this story should have been made with a bigger hero. That was discouraging to hear, but it only motivated me to work harder. I strongly believe Angikaaram will earn several awards, and I am confident that I will grow into a successful hero with my upcoming films. This is the second phase of my life, and I’m determined to make it a successful one.

After completing Angikaaram, I had doubts about how the audience would receive the film but the positive response and reviews from the press and media have given me great confidence. I had originally pitched this story to @KJRuniverse for a leading actor, but due to certain circumstances, the project took a different path, and I eventually returned to direct it myself. I was given complete creative freedom to make the film the way I envisioned. When @PeterHeinOffl master and @GhibranVaibodha sir came on board, the film reached a whole new level. This project came to life after a long struggle, and I’m grateful to everyone who stood by us. We sincerely request everyone to support Angikaaram and watch it in theatres.

This is my first film, and for many others in the team, it is also their debut. I was initially signed to edit @KJRuniverse sir’s second film, but after he saw a few of my work samples, he trusted me with editing Angikaaram as well. Working with experienced legends like @PeterHeinOffl sir and @GhibranVaibodha sir took the film to another level, and we all learned a lot from them. During the test shoot, his look was completely different, but after six months, seeing his remarkable transformation was a true wow moment. Angikaaram is receiving a positive response everywhere, and I’m happy that the press and media have openly appreciated the film. Many talented newcomers have been introduced through this project. @KJRuniverse sir and I have been friends for over 25 years. When I first heard the script, I was curious to know who would play the lead role. I was surprised when KJR sir said he would be acting in it himself. He could have chosen an easier role, but instead he pushed himself, worked extremely hard, and gave his best for this film. Director @jpthenpathiyan writing is filled with incredible detail, and I learned a lot from him. My hats off to him. There are many people who worked tirelessly behind the scenes, and everyone gave their heart and soul to this film. Even I suffered a fracture while working on the action sequences, which shows the amount of effort that went into making this movie. We have all worked very hard, and we sincerely request the media and audiences to continue supporting Angikaaram.
