CHENNAI, March 6, 2026 — In a grand confluence of tradition, intellect, and contemporary brilliance, Jeppiaar University hosted its flagship event, the 9th Edition of the Jeppiaar Icon Awards, today at its sprawling auditorium.
The ceremony, which has become a landmark in the national cultural calendar, honors “Stalwarts” and “Legends”—personalities whose lives exemplify the transformative power of innovation, selfless sacrifice, and entrepreneurial grit.
The event was presided over by the visionaries behind the institution’s meteoric rise, Dr. Regeena J Murali, Chancellor of Jeppiaar University, and Mr. Murali Subramanian, President of Jeppiaar University. Together, they presented the prestigious honors to a curated assembly of distinguished personalities who have redefined the boundaries of their respective domains.
