Verdict: A loud, flashy fanboy celebration of Ajith Kumar that’s more about style and nostalgia than story.
Review:
Good Bad Ugly is less a movie and more a tribute to Ajith Kumar’s star power. Director Adhik Ravichandran throws logic and plot out the window to create a madcap, self-aware action ride filled with slow-mo walks, throwback references, random cameos, and fourth wall breaks. The film is shallow, chaotic, and over-the-top — but that’s exactly the point.
Ajith delivers a wildly fun performance, clearly enjoying himself. While the emotional core (especially the father-son thread) feels weak, the film keeps the energy up through its music, stylish visuals, and relentless pacing. It’s all fan service, but done with conviction.
Rating: ★★★☆☆
Quote: “A riotous reel of Ajith’s legacy — messy, mad, but massively entertaining.”
