Raja Bheema – A Sincere but Predictable Wildlife Drama
Synopsis
Set in Pollachi, Raja Bheema follows Raja (Arav) and his deep bond with an elephant, Bheema. When a corrupt politician (KS Ravikumar) targets Bheema for a ritual sacrifice, Raja embarks on a mission to save his beloved friend.
Review
The film shines in its emotional moments, effectively portraying the man-animal bond. Arav delivers a sincere performance, while KS Ravikumar plays a convincing antagonist. However, the film struggles with a predictable storyline, overused commercial elements, and underdeveloped supporting characters. While the cinematography captures nature beautifully, the music is forgettable, and the romance track adds little value.
Verdict
“Raja Bheema roars with emotion but stumbles with clichés, making it a sincere yet routine wildlife drama.”
