With the motive to produce quality and content-driven cinema, producer duo – Sanjay Saha and Raadhika Nanda set up their production house called Anandita Studios, and their debut film \u2018Haddi\u2019 starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the lead role has been produced under their production banner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Post Anandita Studios, Sanjay has consciously decided to start another production house under the umbrella of Anandita Studios titled \u2018Anandita Mini\u2019. Talking about his new creative venture, Sanjay informs, \u201cWith talent agency background experience, I ventured into film business, producing my first film \u2018Haddi\u2019. I want to give young new talent a fair opportunity to showcase and explore their talent and hence decided to start my channel called Anandita Mini where we showcase such talent through short films, and get them reviewed by renowned directors or filmmakers from our industry. So it\u2019s basically providing them a good platform. The thought of Anandita Mini also occurred to my mother, as she informed me to do something for new talent who don\u2019t have platform to showcase their talent. She is the one who got me to this business.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shedding more light on the vision of Anandita Mini, Sanjay informs, \u201cI will be directing maybe one or two short films and a feature film next year but the idea is to give opportunity to new directors. I have directed the first short film.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Interestingly, Sanjay\u2019s first short film on the YouTube channel of Anandita Mini features actor Saharsh Kumar Shukla, who has played a pivotal role in \u2018Haddi\u2019. \u201cWe are looking to do around 4-5 short films a month, along with maybe a mini web series. We will keep adding content to the channel. And in this first short film from Anandita Mini, we have given chance to the actor Saharsh Kumar Shukla to play the lead role.
